Fred Krueger is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple Internet advertising, consumer Internet and software companies including Flux (sold to Viacom), Adconion (voted top venture-backed company in Europe in 2008), iwin.com (sold to Vivendi Universal), Traffic Marketplace (sold to Vivendi Universal), Random Noise (sold to Vignette), and Fauve Software (sold to Macromedia-now Adobe).

Minor Childers

Minor Childers began his career at Paramount Pictures as Executive Story Editor for Alan Ladd Jr. (”Braveheart”).  Subsequently, Minor moved to DreamWorks, where Spielberg’s office paired him with Director Brad Silberling (”City of Angels”).  With Silberling, Childers worked intensively in development, TV, and feature production, and produced “Lemony Snicket’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events.”  In recent years, Minor has turned his focus to producing impactful, socially-conscious films, such as the National Endowment for the Arts documentary “Operation Homecoming”– a revealing look at a creative writing program for U.S. troops and their families which was placed in the Library of Congress; “My Suicide”, a teen suicide prevention film; and “Morning”, a feature film on the grief and healing of parents after the loss of a child.

Jim Dufour

Jim Dufour is the Associate Director of the Instrument Development Group at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego. Since 1982 Jim has developed and produced a myriad of oceanographic instruments, most recently the Spray Autonomous Glider and SOLO. His contributions have directly improved our understanding of the physical properties of the ocean and patterns of ocean climate variability.

Clark Landry is an entrepreneur who has co-founded and provided seed capital for seven successful internet companies including Flux (sold to Viacom), Adconion (voted top venture-backed company in Europe in 2008), Traffic Marketplace (sold to Vivendi Universal) and CityMommy. Clark holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Mark Massara

Mark Massara is an environmental attorney and professor specializing in California coastal protection, conservation, water quality, beach access, and development issues. Mark has represented dozens of environmental organizations, working closely with the California Coastal Commission and local, state and federal governmental agencies over the last 20 years to ensure that the California coast is adequately protected. He founded Surfers Environmental Alliance and the National Association of Surfing Attorneys, is on the board of Vote the Coast and Coastal Advocates, and serves on the advisory board of Save the Waves Coalition. The Smithsonian Institution has declared Mark an “ocean hero.”

Bill Macdonald

Bill Macdonald is a movie producer, writer of screenplays, teleplays and books and an avid advocate of all things green. He most recently conceived of and is co-creator with John Milius (“Apocalypse Now”) and Bruno Heller (“The Huntress”) of HBO’s epic series “Rome”. Macdonald received a Golden Globe and Writers Guild nomination for writing “Rome.” He is now producing the “Saint” which involves a new incarnation of the famous Simon Templar.

Davis Guggeinheim

Davis Guggenheim was the director and executive producer of the Academy Award winning documentary feature “An Inconvenient Truth” with former Vice President, Al Gore. He was producer and director of the Emmy Award winning HBO series “Deadwood.” His television directing credits include the pilot of the CBS show “The Unit” as well as episodes of “Numbers,” “The Shield,” “Alias,” “24,” and such critically acclaimed programs as “NYPD Blue,” “ER,” and “Party of Five.”

Geoffrey Moore

Geoffrey had his first TV appearance alongside John Huston and Charlotte Rampling and since, has made over 10 films, had record and publishing deals with EMI Music and Warner Brothers and was founder and creator of Steamroller Restaurants plc. He then co-founded Moorescott in a partnership with William J Macdonald.

Richard Muller

Richard Muller is a leading physicist at the University of California, Berkeley and author of the critically-acclaimed book “Physics For Future Presidents.” Muller is a contributor to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and is a member of the JASON Defense Advisory Group which brings together top scientists as consultants for the United States Department of Defense.
